Made for Aldi by Devon's Lyme Bay Winery, this Bacchus-based blend is very much in the lean, green, herbal spectrum. It's a great alternative to Loire Sauvignon Blanc, with piercing acidity, pretty floral lift and a tart grapefruit bite. One for fresh asparagus and tomato dishes.
