A delightful, late-harvest sweet wine made using the German variety Schönburger, a cross between Pinot Noir and Pirovano 1 (Chasselas Rose x Muscat Hamburg). Lychee, blossom and sweet Nashi pears on the nose and palate. The 88.9 g/l of sugar is lifted by the lively apple acidity. A fun discovery.
