Sourced from the estate's own vineyard in Eridge, East Sussex, the 2019 vintage of the Cuveé Brut has a golden hue to its colour. Yeasty pears, melon, ripe peach and cream on the nose. A honeyed, fulfilling palate of brioche, steamed rice and more stone fruits, refreshed by lime zest and mineral salinity. Long with nuttiness towards the finish.
