A high quality rosé made from 66% Pinot Noir and a whole host of other grapes. Interestingly, the colour comes mainly from the red Rondo and Regent grape varieties, rather than from extended skin contact. The nose has a lovely purity of delicate strawberry with a savoury edge. The palate is quite round and soft, with slightly creamy red fruit and a raspberry-like tangy acidity. There is a wonderful hint of blackberry and spice on the finish. Delicious.
