Made by Hush Heath in Kent, this sparkling rosé - a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier - displays plenty of upfront ripe hedgerow fruit. This is followed by some cream, vanilla and sweet spice notes and a slightly tangy blackberry finish.
