A traditional method sparkling Bacchus that has spent 9 months on lees. Refreshing with Kiwi, star fruit and asparagus on the nose, more crunchy green fruits and lime on the palate, with tingling white pepper on the finish. Acidity at 7g/l with 6 g/l of residual sugar to provide some roundness. A cleansing and cheerful treat at an affordable price.
