Made by Ridgeview, this is a stylish blend of the three Champagne grapes with a good proportion of reserve wine given its complexity. Bracing citrus acidity, green apple tartness and a tangy red fruit finish. The Ridgeview Fitzrovia Rosé NV (£38) is equally good.
