The 2014 vintage Blanc de Blancs was sourced exclusively from the first 20 rows of Exton Park's 20-year-old vines. The estate, known for its Reserve Blend range, only releases vintage sparkling wines from exceptional years. Such was the case in 2014; a warm year that brought ripeness and balance. Aged for six years on lees, the wine displays a rich bouquet of creamy egg tart, ripe yellow fruits, golden apple peel and lemon curd. Textured and elegant on the palate with savoury spices, toast, yuzu zest and a hidden touch of caramel. More salinity and crushed almond towards the profound finish.
