An eye-catchingly pink rosé made in south Norfolk's Waveney Valley from Cabernet Cortis (related to Cabernet Sauvignon) and Rondo, with equally bold aromas and flavours of watermelon and pink grapefruit. There's a whisper of residual sugar, offset by crisp acidity. Inviting, fresh and very tasty.
