This Bacchus-driven dessert wine was made in an ice wine style by freezing the grapes to -8°C for 48 hours before pressing. White blossom, lychee and lime on the nose with a touch of minty herbs. Luscious on the palate with bright acidity and green fruits to balance. A touch of dried yellow fruits and sweet spices leads to the finish.
