A subtle perfume of red apple and cherry blossom on the nose with hints of toasty cream. Salinity and bright acidity shine on the palate, with stewed strawberry and sour plum. A bit short on fruit in mid-palate, leading to a ripe, gently nutty kick at the end. Aged on lees for 36 months.
