Golden in colour, the Chalklands Classic Cuvée 2017 has a toasty, saline nose of citrus, honeysuckle, lemon and ripe yellow apple. It is bready, citrusy and acidic on the palate, with almondy bitterness and a touch of ripe apple sweetness to balance. Persistent mousse adds an extra layer of texture.
