The estate's Q Class Chardonnay is only made in exceptional years. For the 2020 vintage, the juice was fermented and went through malolactic fermentation in French and American barrels, including a high percentage of new oak. Creamy vanilla with lemon twists on top, dusted with honey-roasted almonds. The palate impresses with great depth and satisfying richness. Vanilla pastry with cream, grapefruit and pineapple fruits are garnished with ginger spices. The limpid acidity serves as the backbone throughout the long finish.
