The latest release is based on the 2018 vintage plus 7% reserve wine. The wine went through partial malolactic fermentation, followed by 33 months on lees. A richly toasty nose of biscuit, brioche, freshly-cut red apple, citrus and a touch of red cherry. Zesty on the palate with wonderful mousse. Creamy and textured, with depth of yellow apple, citrus and salted nuts on the long finish. Residual sugar at 9g/l with 8g/l of acidity to balance.
