A hedonistic sparkling rosé from a generous vintage, well suited to festive toasts. Maraschino cherry and sweet spice on the nose. A gorgeous mouthfeel of wild berries, strawberry and red cherry pastry, lifted by a gentle touch of ginger and enriched by red apple and cream, finishing long and rounded. Partially fermented in oak barrels and aged on lees for four to five years in bottle, with a dosage at 8g/l.
