An intriguing, light-hearted natural wine from the estate's organic vineyard in Wales. Made in not fully topped up Spanish tinajas (amphora), the 100% Solaris features a fino-like nose of almonds, sourdough, citrus and fresh green apple. More salted nuts and umami on the crisp palate. Fun and quaffable at only 9% alcohol.
