Natural Cork

Considerably richer, bigger, and darker than Aeris's inaugural 2018 vintage of this wine, this is similar in terms of its complexity and ability to change in the glass. It opens with perfumed scents, red fruits, orange peel and blood orange. It has great body without being suffocating, and the tannins are strong in this still-young wine, but they are in balance. There is a long, faintly herbal finish, with just the right amount of sage to pair beautifully with grilled foods. This can be enjoyed today, however I am looking forward to seeing how it changes in the bottle – it could well hold up for another decade.
