As One Cru’s first release of Chardonnay is a full‑throttle, full‑flavoured wine crafted from single‑vineyard hillside and valley‑floor fruit, aged for eight months in 100% new French oak. It offers rich aromatics of baking spices and abundant ripe citrus, as well as baked orchard fruit and stone-fruit notes of apricot and nectarine. A candied minerality carries the lengthy, medium‑ to full‑bodied finish. The texture is rich, satiny, and layered, with hedonistic oak notes wrapping around the wine like an expensive, silken robe. Wonderfully expressive and frankly irresistible. Chris Radomski, a former partner in Hundred Acre and Layer Cake wines, established As One Cru in 2016. Winemaker Ehren Jordan consults.
