The wine is full-flavoured, with a rich aromatic profile derived from its barrel fermentation and extended lees contact. It’s beautifully integrated, offering notes of buttered croissant and candied ginger alongside French pastry tones and pure orchard fruits with crunchy skins. Generous across the mid-palate, it finishes with a flourish of baking spice richness. Despite its opulence, there’s a real freshness and lightness to the wine that’s especially enticing in 2023. Available in the UK market.
