Intense minerality leaps from the glass, crushed stone and briny sea salt alongside refined violet florals. The lithe dark fruits mingle with savoury herbals, salty and fresh with wild berries. Ferrous notes and gamy complexity meld beautifully together. Intensely complex and undeniably refined. It’s a beautiful Syrah, a variety that seems to hold the key to the Santa Lucia Highlands' future.
