An assertive, creamy mousse builds with volume and intensity, echoing the vibrancy of the nose and the longevity of the rapid, fine bead that rises from the base of the glass. Chalky minerality and crushed macadamia nuts frame the lasting finish with poise and precision. This special limited release honours Eileen Crane—former winemaker, President, and CEO of Domaine Carneros—who served the estate for 33 years. It is the final wine she blended before retiring. Crafted from 69% Pinot Noir and 31% Chardonnay, it is sourced from the single block of vines surrounding the Château—the first acreage purchased by the Taittinger family. Dosage: 0.9g/L. Just 663 cases produced.
