100% malolactic fermentation, it's very windy, so there is a green herbal note if you pick this site too early, it’s a massale selection that comes from the lower flanks of the vineyard that crosses the canyon there. It's quite pretty on the nose, with white florals, honeyed apricot and juicy peach fuzz aromas. Native fermentation and just a little bit of batonnage, once before malo and once during, aged sur lie for 16 months. The palate is lush with lemon curd, juicy and pops with freshness; it is aged a year in the bottle before release.
