This Pinot Noir is an excellent choice for fans of the Meomi label, offering similar richness and classic dark cherry character. It is crafted with a balanced 4 to 5 grams of residual sugar, contributing to its upfront ripeness and generous appeal. Fermented in closed-top stainless steel tanks with 2–3 pump-overs daily, it is pressed off the skins after 48 hours and aged in 10% new French oak barrels. A 5% splash of Petite Sirah adds complexity. Medium-bodied with creamy dark berry fruit and delicate cedar spices, the wine also features firmer tannins that provide a touch of grip, finishing with a fresh, coniferous note.
