A blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, with the fruit co-fermented and aged for four years on the lees, finished with a dosage of 6 g/L. Despite its pale, silvery lemon colour, the wine shows a decidedly mixed red berry character and has not undergone malolactic fermentation. The mousse is soft and satiny, building gently in intensity through to a long finish marked by wet stone minerality and cherry pit nuance.
