Sourced from the newly acquired Mee Lane Vineyard, this organically farmed site is planted on deeper soils that encourage a more vigorous canopy and, in turn, greater fruit intensity. The wine ferments and ages on the lees for approximately five months across a mix of vessels—concrete, neutral oak and stainless steel—adding both texture and freshness. The 2024 vintage marks the first release without a capsule, with a portion of proceeds donated to Hope in the Water, the PBS series highlighting sustainable food systems. In the glass, the wine is incredibly bright, vivid and focused, driven by pure lime, lime zest and lime blossom, with saline-edged acidity coursing through the light- to medium-bodied palate. Positively crunchy acidity and chalky mineral intensity define the long, refreshing finish. A natural match for oysters, roast chicken or Dover sole.
