The 2023 COMMITTEE is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville, crafted by the team at Vultour Wines, now under the direction of Julien Fayard. It delivers a straightforward, classically styled expression of the AVA, charged with blackberry and cherry fruit, graphite minerality, and fragrant wild and dusty herbs. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, it offers juicy plum and warm baking spices, with supple tannins framing a full finish of candied violets and building grip. Aged 18 months in 40% new French oak.
