Partially fermented in oak and aged on lees for 8 months, the Californian Chardonnay has a richly complex nose of coconut, vanilla, creamy lemon cake and yellow apple. The palate is textured and poised, with vanilla, buttered yellow fruits, pineapple and citrus, seasoned with a pinch of cinnamon. Great depth with solid but ripe acidity (6.1g/l) to refresh, followed by a long finish.
