The fruit in this wine is sourced from Kelby James Russell and Julia Hoyle’s three favourite locations in their home vineyard, Lahoma. From the sandstone site to cold soaking on skins, fermentation in neutral barriques and stainless-steel tanks, the final blend in the bottle is an expressive Dry Riesling with stunning aromatics. Rich and textural on the nose and palate with notes of grilled grapefruit, honey mangoes, and magnolia flowers. A saline minerality and lingering acidity offer structure.
