Light, refreshing, and easy-drinking, the wine is crafted from mostly Cayuga White grapes, along with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Each was fermented and aged on lees separately before blending to create a juicy, quaffable wine full of yellow apple, bosc pear, and strawberry shortcake, with a structured citrus acidity.
