From vines planted in 1978 along Cayuga Lake, this Chardonnay shows somewhat muted aromatics, with traces of honeydew melon, salty sea air, oak-driven vanilla and a touch of wet stone—fleshy cantaloupe flavours, along with beeswax, toasty biscuit and a short-lived finish.
