This blend from Le Puits Sec vineyard is enormous fun: 85% Pinot Gris and 15% Gewurztraminer with a splash of Kerner, Pinot Blanc, Rieslaner, and Traminer. There are just six rows all told. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel and aged in a bit of neutral cask. This is a lovely, softly aromatic expression that is perfectly dry but charmingly seductive.
