Foris, Riesling, Rogue Valley, Southern Oregon, Oregon, USA 2021

A wonderfully aromatic Riesling, which finishes a bit disjointed. It is aromatically rich with notes of spiced pear, candied blood orange, cardamom pods and just a hint of diesel. The palate is showy up front with fleshy stone fruits and spiced pear. The finish is a bit acerbic and leaves the drinker wondering what could have been with this wine with such promising aromas.
