This is comprised of the top 22 barrels off the estate vineyards in Dundee Hills, all on Jory volcanic soils. The texture and longevity that this wine delivers nods to a serious ageability and is crafted that way. A melange of clones and 35% new French oak with aromatics of raspberry leaf, dusty red berries, mouthfuls of pomegranate pulp, salted blood orange and intensely savoury dried herbs. The finish is lengthy and intense, with a note of roasted nori that lingers on the tongue.
