Crafted by winemaker Rollin Michael Soles from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Bright and mineral-scented, with oyster shell and sea spray aromas bursting from the glass alongside fresh lemon and lime zest. The palate builds with frothy richness framed by striking acid tension, carrying through to a cool, stony mineral finish.
