A delicious sparkling wine produced on Willamette Valley's Ribbon Ridge but a blend that also includes fruit from the winery's Coast Range estate. Deep aromas of honey, shortbread and lemon peel signify this is a generous wine. The persistent mousse carries into a palate marked by bright fruit character, pear, apple and lychee, as well as a touch of biscuit and ample acidity, a lengthy finish and bubbles that go on and on.
