From Bill Gibbs’ acclaimed G2 Vineyard, this wine offers a shy but inviting nose of plums, red cherries, dried cranberries, and warm baking spices, with subtle hints of cedar and tobacco leaf. On the palate, chalky tannins are present but not overwhelming, giving structure. On the palate, it gives flavour notes of cocoa nibs, dark chocolate, and a touch of black pepper. The wine is shy now, yet promising a full life ahead.
