The palate shows more punch and structure than a typical Grenache-dominant wine, with darker-toned fruit, firmer tannins, and a deeper overall profile. The finish is of decent length, carried by purple-fruited notes of cherries and plums. A food-first wine – think pot roast or brisket tacos.
