The palate shows darker fruit of black cherries and black currants, plus hints of dried figs, supported by polished tannins and an otherwise structurally balanced wine. Spice leads the way here, making it an excellent match for boldly seasoned Mediterranean dishessuch as Moroccan lamb tagine.
