Albariño with a touch of Viognier from the hands of Welsh-born Damian Grindley. The nose is squarely primary with a tropical fruit core. The palate opens into a tropical summer fruit bowl of melon and pineapple, plus ripe stone fruit, layered with a honeyed note. Textural phenolics add grip. Fresh, fruit-forward, and lifted by palate-cleansing acidity, this wine would be home at a table alone and would work well with lighter proteins, salads, and dished with tangy goat cheese.
