This wine blends three vintages: Syrah from 2019 and Counoise from 2020. Most of the fruit comes from the 2021 vintage. It shows smoky aromatics of rose petals and crushed stone and a fruit-driven baking of baked cherry tart. The palate is mouthcoating; a melange of red and black berry fruits, black tea, and plenty of desert scrub provide a savoury finish.
