Miguel Torres Chile led the industry revolution for País in Chile and is still the largest producer of País in the world. Winemaker Eduardo Jordán has put his hand to a more limited, fine wine interpretation with this singular vineyard in Bío Bío. The vines are more than 100 years old, with some estimates closer to 200, and the resulting wine exhibits the lifted herbal character and brighter acidity that you tend to get south of the (Bío Bío) river. Delicately made, although with the pedigree and length that derives from seriously old vines.
