She is a frequent public and conference speaker. Prior to this, Angela was head of wine buying at Somerfield supermarkets, where her tastebuds were famously insured for £10m. She has recently been appointed head of a new online wine retail venture www.gondola.co.uk owned by Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones.
