Barry Dick MW is a judge at the 2016 Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA).

Barry Dick MW holds a degree in food science and a postgraduate diploma in winemaking from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

He has worked as a winemaker in regions of the Old and New World with a focus on France and Australia before moving to London to work for Sainsbury’s, where he was responsible for the quality of own-brand wines from France, Australia, New Zealand and California, as well as the sparkling wine category.

Currently Barry works as a wine industry consultant for wine producers, wine distributors and UK retail, and became an MW in 2013.

Barry Dick MW was first a judge at the DWWA in 2009.
