Phil Crozier is director of wine at Gaucho restaurants. He oversees the wine list and purchasing of both Gaucho, who have 16 restaurants, and Cau, Gaucho’s other fast expanding restaurant group, who now have 16 restaurants in the UK.

In 2007, Gaucho purchased an old vine vineyard in Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, which Phil manages in Argentina. Phil also commissions and blends wines with 65 wineries from all regions of Argentina, and has just completed their first exclusive wine list, complete with 195 wines and 38 wines brands which have been specifically designed for the group.
