<p>Aptly named. After 21 vintages, this vineyard was replanted mainly to Chardonnay in 2018. Fermented and aged for four months in seasoned French oak barriques, this has a funky, vegetal nose and palate of white asparagus, earth and struck-match notes. The palate is textural with gentle acidity. It&#39;s a bit reduced at the moment and needs time to resolve.</p>
