Fiano yes, but we're in Australia not Campania, where the Italian grape has its home. Italian grapes are all the rage in Australia these days, and these Fiano vines thrive in the abundant sunshine and limestone-rich soils of the Riverina region. This is an upfront and easy-drinking, dry style with modest alcohol, super zingy on the nose with sherbert lemon and a hint of ripe apricot. Would like more length as it falls away a little too quickly at the end, but this has no pretensions to grandeur. Fun and fruit forward.
