There's nice weight to the palate for food-matching (think fish dishes or goat's cheese salad) with great natural acidity thanks to the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean, just 16km from the vineyard. A refreshing citrus and grassy style, with hints of passionfruit, peas and green pepper – plenty of varietal typicity here.
