Working biodynamically since the late 1990s, Josmeyer owns 28 hectares at Wintzenheim near Colmar, a spot that enjoys one of the lowest annual rainfalls in the whole of France. The historic estate demonstrates in this good value Riesling just what biodynamics are capable of – this pure and mineral Riesling has delicate spice, firm peach and some herbiness. It's youthful and well balanced, with a lovely airy quality.
