Andrée Trapet took over her parents' vineyards in 2002, converting the domaine to biodynamic methods. For a 2016 Riesling, this still has youthful, limey citrus aromas with some florality and a hint of peach. Juicy with an underlying minerality, there is also delicacy here and mouthwatering acidity. This would be a great match for ceviche, or coq au Riesling.
