A beautifully expressive wine with aromas of rose, honeysuckle and exotic lychee. Off-dry on the palate (42g/L), the voluptuous texture carries sweet but fresh flavours of bitter lemon zest, candied orange, quince and grapefruit, with a hint of minerality. Complex and precise; a great food wine.
